Sambar Recipe

Sambar, a traditional dish of South India, is a comforting blend of toor dal, veggies, tamarind, and spices. It’s not just delicious but also packed with nutrients from the dal and veggies. Paired with idlis, dosas, or rice, it makes for a wholesome meal. After years of practice, I’ve perfected my sambar recipe, and I’m thrilled to share it with you today.

Rava Upma | Uppittu

Rava Upma is a traditional breakfast originating from the Southern part of India. It is made by roasting semolina(sooji) and then tempering it with spices to make a delicious hearty breakfast. It tastes great with side of Masala chai or Filter Coffee.
